Karen Ferry began her violin studies at age 3 and has since dedicated her life to mastering her craft and inspiring the next generation of musicians. With advanced degrees in violin performance and extensive Suzuki training, Karen’s career spans performances, competitions, and a deep commitment to teaching.

As a leader at the Cleveland Institute of Music, Karen served as Student Body President and championed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, further demonstrating her commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive musical community.

Karen’s teaching is rooted in the Suzuki philosophy, emphasizing the development of confidence, discipline, and a love for music. She tailors her approach to meet each student’s individual needs, helping them achieve their goals while enjoying the process.
